With 363 liters, the Searcher is our largest SUP and is incredibly versatile. It’s perfect for heavier riders and will float virtually anyone…and their dog. The displacement bow cuts through chop and boat wakes. The round rails and performance rocker line make it perform much like a race board, but much more stable. Going on an expedition? The Searcher has 4 sets of tie-down inserts in the tail and 3 sets in the nose so you can take everything with you. Also for 2016 we’ve strategically placed 5 RAM mount inserts to give you the option to turn the searcher into the ultimate fish catching platform.
Comes with 8″ JL tracker fin.

This board is great for a larger paddler. I am 6’1″, 230 on a light day, not including water, pfd, and other gear strapped on the board and this thing floats like a dream. If i had better balance than i do, i could just about walk up and down the board. I’ve tried other touring boards such as the Pau Hana Expedition board but it didn’t even compare to the Searcher. I’ve got at least 40 miles on the board now and have not regretted the purchase once. It’s worth the extra $ especially if you weigh over 215 lbs. On other boards, my ankles were in the water. Also, the attachment points on the Searcher allow for versatile gear to be secured to the board. I’ve also fished from the board using a plastic milk crate with an old school square pfd for sitting on. Super stable and no wet ankles. I’d suggest this board for larger people. My wife has a laird board that’s smaller than this board and it’s heavier than mine.
